Founded in 1897
Lilleywhite Funeral Service was founded in 1897 by John Reuben Lilleywhite and has since been passed down through the family. Our funeral service is founded on family values and has been passed down through the generations for 125 years. Lilleywhite Funeral Service is now proudly run by the fifth generation of the Lilleywhite family.

We are a team of dedicated professionals who provide a bespoke service to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

No matter how simple or elaborate your wishes, by choosing Lilleywhite Funeral Service you can be rest assured of the very greatest of personal care and attention to detail and a service that is second to none.

We have a large building opposite Heaton Park with plenty of on street parking adjacent to the building. We have a warm and traditional building with three arrangement rooms to make you as comfortable as possible whilst you visit us. We have a coffin showroom, so you can see various different coffins we have to offer you. We also have an on site Chapel of Rest where you can visit your loved one here by appointment.

We are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF). Lilleywhite Funeral Service are monitored and inspected regularly by both organisations to ensure we operate to the highest standards and comply with their rules and regulations.

9:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Weekend Opening Hours are by Appointment Only.
